Position: Deck/Steward(ess) Start Date: ASAP (Until the end of October 2026) Location: Andratx, Mallorca, Spain Salary: DOE Leave: Not specified Contract: Seasonal Vessel Details: 26m private and charter motor yacht based in Andratx, Mallorca. Small, close-knit crew with a dual-role position focused primarily on deck operations. Responsibilities: Assist the Captain with all deck operations, maintenance, washdowns, line handling, and tender operations. Maintain the exterior to a high standard. Support the interior during owner trips, including guest service, bar and beverage service, and general steward(ess) duties. Work closely with the Captain and Stew/Cook to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the yacht. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 seasons of yachting experience, EU citizen with the legal right to work in the EU, currently based in Mallorca and available for an interview in Andratx, true non-smoker and non-vaper, valid STCW, ENG1, and Powerboat Level II.
