🚢⚡ Urgent Hire: Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) for New-Build XDF LNG Carrier 📍 Sailing area: Worldwide 🚢 Vessel: Brand-new XDF LNG new build (with a fast-growing fleet) 📋 Employment type: Contract 🔄 Rotation: 3 months on / 3 months off 📅 Joining date: ASAP Faststream is recruiting an experienced ETO to join a state-of-the-art LNG vessel. You'll be responsible for keeping all electrical, electronic, automation & control systems reliable and operating smoothly onboard. Key responsibilities: ✅ Maintain electrical generation and distribution systems ✅ Troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment issues ✅ Support automation, control, alarm and monitoring systems ✅ Carry out planned maintenance and inspections ✅ Keep technical records and electrical documentation up to date ✅ Participate in emergency responses and safety drills Requirements: 🔹 Prior experience as ETO on LNG vessels (mandatory) 🔹 Valid ETO CoC or relevant electro-technical certification 🔹 Current STCW certifications 🔹 Valid medical fitness certificate 🔹 Familiarity with modern LNG electrical/automation systems (preferred) 🔹 Strong English communication skills 🔹 Immediate availability to join 🔹 Solid troubleshooting and safety skills Employment benefits: 💰 Medical insurance provided 🚀 Excellent long-term career progression within a growing LNG fleet To apply: 📧 Send your updated CV and relevant certificates to: patryk.wurzberg@faststream.com #MarineJobs #LNGCareer #SeafarerPositions
