MATE – 30M PRIVATE CATAMARAN We are looking for an experienced Mate to join a 30m private catamaran with a Mediterranean program This is a permanent position within a stable, long-term private yacht programme. Most of the current crew have been with the Owner for a considerable period of time, and we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to become part of the team and commit to the project long term. A positive, team-oriented attitude and healthy lifestyle are essential. We are looking for someone professional, proactive and easy to live and work with, who contributes to a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere onboard. The position is a hands-on role, combining Mate responsibilities with a strong involvement in the technical side of the vessel. Engineering knowledge, troubleshooting and understanding of onboard systems are highly valued, as the day-to-day technical oversight will be shared with the Captain. Interviews starting immediately.
