We are now recruiting for a seasonal/permanent CHASE BOAT CAPTAIN to join a 38m+ busy Charter M/Y | Start Date: ASAP WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Proven experience as a Chase Boat Captain • Minimum certificate: Yachtmaster with commercial endorsement (or equivalent) • Fit, hands-on and reliable team player • Strong references required ABOUT THE YACHT: • LOA: 38m+ • Type: busy charter boat • Itinerary: 2026 single med season ABOUT THE POSITION: • Vessel: Axopar 37 • Monthly Salary: €3,500 (winter) | €4,000(season) DOE • Accommodation: On mothership during winter / Onboard Axopar during season • Additional Duties: Assisting deck crew on mothership during season when possible • Contract Type: Permanent/Seasonal • Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found EU passport holder or someone with unrestricted travel within Europe.
