Position Vacant: Deckhand / Tender Skipper for 42-Meter Private Yacht 42-meter private yacht currently located in Italy seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Deckhand / Tender Skipper. Minimum requirement is PB2 and at least 12 months experience operating a 10m plus tender. Preference will be given to candidates already in the Mediterranean. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in docking and anchoring procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of yacht and tender - Operate the tender for excursions and guest transportation - Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times - Support the Captain and crew as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as a Deckhand or Tender Skipper on yachts - Proficient in tender operations and maintenance - Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules - Valid STCW certification and seafarer medical fitness - Positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Please email your resume to yachtcrewreq@gmail.com
